1. Purpose

L’Enchère is a live auction and shopping platform operated by Reyzee (Casablanca, Morocco). It connects sellers, who present items in live video shows or in their shop, with buyers.

Using the platform means you accept these terms.

2. Account

You must be of legal age to register. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.

Reyzee may suspend or close an account in case of fraud, abuse or breach of these terms.

3. Sellers

Selling requires an application approved by Reyzee.

Sellers guarantee they have the right to sell their items and that items are genuine, legal and accurately described (condition, defects, quantity).

Prohibited items include counterfeits, weapons, illegal, dangerous or stolen goods, medicines, animals and any regulated item.

Sellers ship orders within a reasonable time and share a tracking number when available.

4. Auctions

Every bid is a firm and binding offer. The highest bidder when the countdown ends wins the item and an order is created automatically.

A bid in the final seconds may extend the countdown, except in “sudden death” mode.

Bidding on your own items or manipulating prices (shill bidding, multiple accounts) is forbidden.

5. Prices, payment and fees

Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), with shipping shown separately.

Payment is cash on delivery or through the L’Enchère wallet. Wallet payments are released to the seller once delivery is confirmed.

Reyzee charges a 8 % fee on the price of each item sold.

6. Delivery

Buyers must provide a valid address and phone number, and confirm receipt under “Purchases”.

Repeatedly refusing ordered parcels may lead to account suspension.

7. Cancellations and disputes

An order can be cancelled until it ships; wallet payments are then refunded.

If there is a problem (item not as described or not received), the buyer first contacts the seller from the order, then support at [email protected]. Reyzee may review the dispute and decide on a refund.

8. Live shows and content

Users agree to behave respectfully in shows and chat. Illegal, hateful, violent, sexual or misleading content is forbidden and may be removed without notice.

9. Liability

Reyzee acts as a technical intermediary. Sellers are solely responsible for their items, descriptions and shipping. Reyzee does its best to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it at all times.

11. Changes and governing law

These terms may change; the online version prevails. They are governed by Moroccan law, and disputes fall under the competent courts of Casablanca.
