Account: display name, username, email, password (stored hashed, never in plain text).

Delivery: name, phone, city and address.

Activity: bids, orders, wallet transactions, reviews, chat messages, photos you publish.

Technical: IP address (security and abuse prevention), session cookie and language preference.

Purposes

Providing the service (accounts, shows, auctions, orders, deliveries), securing the platform (fraud prevention, login throttling), customer support and legal obligations.

Recipients

Sellers receive the buyer’s name, phone and address to ship the order.

Our technical providers (hosting, video streaming, email delivery) process data on our behalf. We never sell your data.

Cookies

We only use necessary cookies: session (login) and language. No advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Retention

Account data is kept while the account is active. Order data is kept as long as accounting and legal obligations require. Security logs are deleted automatically after a short period.
