How do auctions work?
The seller starts an auction with a countdown. Any bid in the last 10 seconds resets the timer to 10s (except in “sudden death”). The highest bidder at the end wins.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery by default. If you choose wallet and your balance covers it, the amount is charged automatically.
Is a bid binding?
Yes: winning an auction creates a firm order. Refusing parcels can lead to account suspension.
How much does selling cost?
Signing up is free. L’Enchère takes 8% of each item sold.
How do I become a seller?
Fill in the application under “Sell”. Our team reviews it within 48h.
What if my parcel doesn't arrive?
Contact the seller from the order, then support. Wallet payments are only released to sellers after delivery.
